1. Travel Agency Services
Ocean Fairy Adventures LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor. We arrange travel services provided by third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and transportation companies.
We do not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, changes, cancellations, delays, or service failures.
2. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and deposits or payments are received.
Promotions, onboard credits, discounts, and special offers are subject to supplier terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
3. Payments
Clients are responsible for making all payments by the due dates provided.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of deposits, subject to supplier policies.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation penalties are determined by the travel supplier and may vary by booking.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued according to the supplier’s policies. Ocean Fairy Adventures LLC does not control refund timelines and cannot guarantee refunds.
Service fees charged by Ocean Fairy Adventures LLC, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, vaccination records, identification, and any other required travel documentation.
Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, or cancellation without refund.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Declining travel insurance means you accept responsibility for losses resulting from cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, supplier bankruptcy, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Health & Safety
Travel involves inherent risks. Travelers assume all risks associated with travel, including illness, injury, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, and other events beyond the control of Ocean Fairy Adventures LLC.
8. Supplier Changes
Travel suppliers may modify itineraries, schedules, ports of call, accommodations, amenities, or transportation arrangements at any time.
Ocean Fairy Adventures LLC is not liable for supplier-initiated changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Fairy Adventures LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from travel services provided by third-party suppliers.
